Shameer, who conducted the business pitch session, asserts, “I personally love the meet format, and strongly beleive in the power of micro-meets as opposed to mega luxury hotel meets. My team beleives in personalizing things and creating value for all participants. Furthermore, our community’s objective is to help those business owners who often grapple with operational issues and business challenges at large. We don’t conduct this as a free service. Rather we collect a nominal participation fee and encourage them to become our members later so that they can enjoy more benefits. However, there is no compulsion regarding membership.” He adds, “BTS is a free-flowing, dyanamic and an enterprising community that values people over everything else. Various chapter and category front heads of the community were introduced in the meet that ended with a sumptuous brunch followed by one-on-one networking among participants. Women business owners expressed that BTS should organise regular women-only busines expos and meets in the future which was taken promptly by the community team for execution.
