AIMS is a renowned networking organization comprising Indian B-Schools, operating as a professional and non-profit entity. With a substantial membership base consisting of esteemed institutions, it stands as one of the most prominent networking bodies globally. The session speaker, Vasant Kamble is AGM – HR at Sumax, Pune, and spoke vividly about the future of jobs in a market disrupted by the emergence and penetration of Artificial Intelligence (AI). The session, which lasted for about an hour, was streamed live on YouTube. Vasant further answered a few questions raised by the audience related to the challenges thrown by AI in today’s job market.
